You will be customer focused with an exceptional knowledge of food and wine. Previous experience of Relais & Chateaux is desirable.
Pastry Commis Chef
We are looking for an enthusiastic commis chef with pastry experience, who wants to feed their development and has a positive passion towards food, someone who is keen to develop a career in an exciting environment that delivers a variety of inspirational and unique opportunities. To apply for this position, good culinary skills are essential and previous experience of pastry within a fine dining restaurant is desirable.
