This entertaining evening showcases a five-course menu with wines expertly matched by Head Sommelier, Kelvin Lees.
Each course is introduced by Michael who is extremely looking forward to working at Amberley Castle with a team of talented chefs whose passion for food is infectious, along with Kelvin guiding you through the notes on the matching wines, explaining why they are the perfect selection.
