A glamorous black-tie gala awaits when night falls, beginning with a Nyetimber reception and an exquisite seven-course tasting menu with fine wines. As midnight approaches, raise a glass beneath the spectacular fireworks display on the castle grounds, ushering in the New Year in unforgettable style.
