Arrive at the castle before luxury transport takes you to Nyetimber’s vineyard for a one-of-a-kind tour, exploring its rich history and the methods used to craft its cuvées. You’ll then return to Amberley Castle, where the evening begins with a Nyetimber and canapé reception, followed by a five-course tasting menu specially created to complement the Nyetimber wine flight. An expert from the vineyard will present each pairing, adding insight and elevating the experience.
