With each dish, the spirit of Christmas fills the air, creating a meal to cherish long after the last course. Your dinner unfolds in the castle’s magnificent spaces. Choose the Queen’s Room, with its 12th-century barrel-vaulted ceiling and warm, crackling fire, or the Great Room, built by Bishop Luffa of Chichester in 1165. Both offer dramatic, historic backdrops, enhancing your seasonal feast with timeless charm. This isn’t just a meal, it’s a celebration of the season to be cherished for years to come.

Christmas-Themed Glass Workshop

Indulge in an elegant and inspiring workshop, mastering the art of fused, kiln-fired glass. Under our artist’s expert guidance, you’ll transform exquisite pre-cut glass shapes into stunning hanging Christmas decorations. Enhance your designs with delicate glass rods, shimmering crushed glass, and a touch of opulent sparkle. Following a live demonstration, you’ll create three bespoke pieces, either crafting your own design or drawing inspiration from our curated templates. The finished decorations will be professionally kiln-fired in our local artist’s Worthing studio, then beautifully packaged and delivered directly to you in time for Christmas. The workshop concludes with a sumptuous Festive Afternoon Tea, a perfect finale to your creative Christmas experience.
